More, often my cousin suffers due to the runny nose. Of course gentle blowing is often the only treatment you need for a runny nose. But, if the discharge is continuous and watery, it may feel us irritated. So an over counter antihistamine may be helpful, especially if your runny nose is allergy related. My advice is to be sure to follow the instructions in the label exactly. For babies and small children, use a soft rubber suction bulb to gently remove the discharge please, don’t give anti-histamines to children unless your doctor recommends them.
